As an Officer of Parliament, what residential facilities are provided to me under the Salaries and Allowances of Officers of Parliament Act, 1953?

Each Officer of Parliament is entitled to a furnished residence, free of rent, throughout their term of office and for one month immediately thereafter. The maintenance of the residence, including electricity, water, local taxes, and staff quarters, is also covered without personal charge.
