A 6-digit code used for performing transactions. First 3 digits are your Division Number, last 3 are chosen by you. It uses public key infrastructure (PKI) locally installed and verified by the Rajya Sabha Secretariat System. This key helps to establish veracity, authenticity and non-repudiation of the data submitted by the Members.
