Where is the information of Asset declaration submitted by Members stored and maintained?

The information is recorded in a Register of Declaration of Assets and Liabilities maintained by the Secretary-General of the Rajya Sabha, as per Rule 4. Each Member's data (including spouse and dependent children) is recorded on a separate page. This register is not publicly accessible and can only be viewed with written permission from the Chairman.
