When must a newly elected Rajya Sabha Member declare their assets and liabilities?

As per Rule 3(1) of the Members of Rajya Sabha (Declaration of Assets and Liabilities) Rules, 2004, every member must submit a declaration of their assets and liabilities (including those of their spouse and dependent children) within 90 days from the date of making and subscribing to the oath or affirmation for taking their seat in the House. The declaration must be submitted in Form I to the Chairman.
