Being an officer of Parliament, What medical facilities are available to me and my family under the Salaries and Allowances of Officers of Parliament Act, 1953?

Officers of Parliament and their families are entitled to free medical treatment and hospital accommodation in Government-maintained hospitals, subject to rules framed under Section 11 of the Act.
