What is the procedure after rules are made under the Leaders and Chief Whips of Recognised Parties and Groups in Parliament (Facilities) Act, 1998?

Every rule made must be laid before both Houses of Parliament for a total of 30 days. If both Houses agree to modify or annul the rule, it will be effective only in the modified form or cease to have effect.
