Members may seek clarifications only on Suo-Moto statements, not on other kinds of Ministerial statements. Requests to seek clarification must be made before the Minister begins speaking. Clarifications are usually permitted immediately after the statement is read but may also be deferred. No clarification is allowed after the Minister replies.
