Can multiple financial Bills be cleared in a single sitting?

Yes. On 11th March 1991, the Rajya Sabha cleared as many as seventeen Bills relating to the Railway and General Budgets, Budgets of four States and a Union territory and the Finance Bill, in a couple of hours.
