The Budget is laid on the Table of the Rajya Sabha simultaneously as it is presented in the Lok Sabha. In exceptional cases, if the House is adjourned, it may be laid the following day. If the concerned Minister is unavailable, another authorized Minister (e.g., Leader of the House) may lay it.
