How is airfare reimbursement calculated if a Member travels from a location other than their declared UPR during an official journey?

Modified on Mon, 28 Apr at 7:47 AM

If a Member travels from a city/state other than their declared UPR during an official journey, reimbursement is calculated using the following formula:

(Aerial distance between UPR and Delhi / Aerial distance between Delhi and other city) × Actual fare from other city

Note: If the aerial distance between the new place of departure and Delhi is less than the aerial distance between UPR and Delhi, full fare is reimbursed.
