Can a Member claim reimbursement for international air travel?

No, Members cannot claim reimbursement for international travel. However, if the journey includes a domestic connecting flight, reimbursement is allowed for the domestic leg only. For example, if a Member travels from Delhi → Mumbai → New York, only the Delhi to Mumbai fare will be reimbursed. An official invitation letter for the international trip must also be submitted.
