How is a Journey by Road claim submitted and processed?

For road journeys, Members or their Personal Assistants fill out a physical form to claim the allowance. The dealing hand verifies the details, and the claim follows the approval flow - first to the Under Secretary, then the Deputy Secretary, and finally to P&AO for payment processing. A separate TA/DA file is maintained for each claim.
