What properties and financial information must be declared by a Member?

The Member must declare the following details:

  • Immovable properties: such as land, houses, buildings—location, value, mode of acquisition, ownership type.

  • Movable properties: vehicles, jewellery, bank deposits, stock investments, insurance, etc.

  • Liabilities: loans or dues to public financial institutions, Central or State Governments.

The declaration must also cover similar details for the spouse and dependent children.
