What are the sanctions the Committee on Ethics can recommend against Members?

If a Member is found guilty of unethical conduct or violating the Code of Conduct, the Committee on Ethics can recommend:

  • Censure

  • Reprimand

  • Suspension from the House

  • Other appropriate sanctions
