What are the Financial Committees and who manages them?

There are three major Financial Committees:

• Public Accounts Committee (PAC)

• Estimates Committee

• Committee on Public Undertakings

These are joint committees of the Parliament but are serviced by the Lok Sabha Secretariat, not the Rajya Sabha Secretariat.
